Hey guys, I continuously have to ³Refresh Message List² and ³Repair Message List² in my IMAP accounts for Entourage. And I guess my question is...is this a problem with my IMAP server or with Entourage? This always happens and it¹s very frustrating as you can imaging. For example, today I opened up Entourage and checked my sent folder for some emails I know I sent last night. They weren¹t there so I had to ³Refresh Message List²...still weren¹t there. ³Repair Message List²...still weren¹t there. Went to my web-based email to make sure and yes, they were there. I tried to ³Update List² or ³Receive Complete Folder List² and a bunch of things like restarting the program...etc. Then the messages would show up suddenly in the sent folder and then all of sudden disappear. I messed with it for about 45 minutes this morning and finally the messages just showed up and stayed there.
It just seems that Entourage doesn¹t know how to find my messages from the server easily or something. I probably hit ³Refresh/Repair Message List² at least 20 times a day...should I have to be doing this? Thanks Al
