You are running User-Agent: Microsoft-Entourage/10.1.6. The latest update is 10.1.9. Also have you applied the workaround for Entourage X to correct the DST issue? Have you quit Entourage and restarted your computer? If yes, and the problems persist have you tested to see if a new Identity in Entourage shows the same symptoms? If the problem clears up in the new Identity, then this indicates database problems.
