I just went through that myself and ended up doing it all manually although I didn't have a lot to move. I didn't know about the scripts someone else mentioned but a web search turned up nothing. Personally, there was a lot I liked about Now Up-to-Date compared to Entourage or iCal but it was clearly End-of-Life with them wanting more money for the follow-on product.
