Personally, I have very little mail go to my Inbox. You can do this using Rules. Create folder for each account. You can do this as a subfolder of the inbox to mimic Mail¹s setup. Then create a rule. "Any to recipient" contains [enter account here] <----(tip just open a message sent to that account) "Move message" select folder you wish Set Category (use this one if desired) You can also accomplish this by setting categories to your accounts. This way each message could be color coded by category and you could select them by sort by category.
