I can't delete one of several emails I received today. Hitting the 'Delete' key has no effect and neither does dragging it from it's parent folder to the 'Deleted Items' folder. (I can't drag it to _any_ folder.) I opened the message and clicked the 'Delete' icon at the top of the message window and got "The action could not be completed. An unknown error (16002) occurred.', and the message still it stayed put. How do I deleted this message?
