Not enough information. How are you sending these periodic emails? Using a dedicated listserver? Or just sending emails through Entourage? If through Entourage, are you sending to e 'group' address, or just using individual addresses? Or, are you using the mail-merge features in word to create the mails from a defined list of recipients in word or excel?
