It is indeed, but I didn't realise that the Character Palette and Keyboard
Viewer aren't applications, I noticed that the links suppled by Remo started
with "file:" and ended with ".app", but if you read them in their entirety
you can see that they're linking to apps. inside the Character Palette and
Keyboard Viewer packages.

I just selected 'Show Package Contents' (Control-click) on
KeyboardViewer.component to get to
KeyboardViewer.component>Contents>SharedSupport>KeyboardViewerServer.app'
and then made a copy of this app to my Utilities folder. I can open it via
Quicksilver and it seems to work exactly the same as selecting it from the
Keyboard menu.
