Scott:
As you may have seen in a later email message, I had discovered the same site (great minds think alike....). I do use the Project Center because I found it effective in keeping all of the elements surrounding a project in one place (emails, attachments, files, tasks, etc.) The scripts provided by Nik are great and I've grabbed a couple others from other sites. For example, I have a script I keep in the dock that lets me create a task at any time, regardless of what application I'm using (i.e., I don't necessarily have to be in Entourage at the time).

Nestor,

I've been both an Entourage and GTD user for years. It took me a long time to get to the system I'm using now, and the final pieces were put together by a really great series of articles over at this site:

It was written by someone who used another popular option, Kinkless GTD. The fact that he dumped that for Entourage I think made his Entourage/GTD system all the better. I really love it.

I was a beta reader/inputer for David Allen's white paper on using Entourage with GTD. I was quite disappointed with the final version. Unlike Jim, I didn't find it very useful. I felt it was written by someone who didn't really know Entourage or take the time to get their head around it.

One twist: I don't use the Project Center at all. Getting rid of it, and just using Tasks and Tasks Custom Views was the final aha in my own method.

Have fun,

Scott
