error-40

Hi!
I´ve got this message:

*Error -40*

   *Compacting failed. A read/write error has occurred (-40)*


     I tried  running Apple's Disk Utility First Aid and repared the
   disk . Then I launched Entourage but the same error appears.

    Any help?
