Do you know about a tool you may extract address book or mails from
entourage databas without entering the entourage client, I mean
externally.
I've googled but the tools I met weren't free or you use them from the
client.

Another possibility is that the database is corrupt, but I'm skeptical
of that being able to provoke a -40 error. You might try launching
Entourage with the Option key held down so that the Database Utility
launches instead, and run its Verify option. If you get the same
error, it points more strongly to hardware problems.
If you can't run disk diagnostics yourself, and don't know anyone who
owns Tech Tool or Disk Warrior, you may need to find an Apple repair
center and have them test it for you.
