At my office we use Entourage 11.3.3 incl. all available patches, set up with Exchange accounts.

In the last week, I've had two users report that some messages are going to the local Inbox instead of the server Inbox. Neither of them have any schedules or rules set up to move messages and there doesn't seem to be any clear pattern to what messages end up where.

One user said this started after he whitelisted the domain on a message that was caught in Entourage's spam filter, but the second user wouldn't know how to do this without getting directions. All the same, we tried disabling the junk filter, but this didn't resolve the issue.

I've also verified their databases and they both come up clean. Before I create new identities for these users, does anyone have any ideas as to why this might be happening?

Cheers,
Lars
