Yes, they are sorted by company, but the company does not come first, as it should, as I would like it to, as IBM Outlook does. No, I will not go back to IBM for this issue. Address book is crap and if that is the way Microsoft wishes it to work then have Address book sync to Entourage. If there is a way for that to happen, please advise.
