One of the options when sending to Groups is the Don't show addresses when sending to group check box. Note some ISPs will not honor this and show all addresses in the To line. It's best to Bcc. If, when you create the group, you drag addresses into the Group window or let addresses you enter auto-complete, they will be linked to the address book entries and will update when you update the address book entry. If, on the other hand, the group is created by script or by manually typing the full address of the recipient, then the entry in the group won't be tied to any matching Address Book entries and, therefore, won't update along with changes to the address book. See this FAQ for more info: <http://www.entourage.mvps.org/faq_topic/address_book.html#ab4> > > It¹s not clear to me how you do this in Entourage. I searched for a while without much success! Did you try to create a group in the Address Book? If you want to great one huge group, you can use a script "Split Recipients" that will automatically split them into the smaller groups of 50 so they will send. <http://scriptbuilders.net/files/splitrecipientsxforentouragex2.0.html> You'll find lots of scripts to enhance Entourage (most are free) at Scriptbuilders <http://scriptbuilders.net/>. The Entourage Help Page has a Favorite Scripts page you should also check out: Favorite Scripts to use with Entourage <http://www.entourage.mvps.org/script/fav_scripts.html> -- Diane Ross, Microsoft Mac MVP Entourage Help Page <http://www.entourage.mvps.org/> Entourage Help Blog <http://blog.entourage.mvps.org/> -- To unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> archives: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.letterrip.com/> old-archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.boingo.com/> -- To unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> archives: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.letterrip.com/> old-archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.boingo.com/>
