1.  Set your Entourage preferences to compose messages in plain text.

2.  Copy any text from any source on your Mac.

3.  Open a new Entourage message.

4.  Type the " symbol [shift-']

5.  Place your cursor just after the "

6.  Edit -> Paste

7.  You will find that the text looks like this:

    " this_is_pasted

Instead of this:

    "this_is_pasted
