The first thing you need to check is with your ISP to see if they have changed their limit for outgoing attachments.
Error -120 isn't listed on the Error Page <http://www.entourage.mvps.org/error/page.html>, but the lower number errors all involve thing like hardware, memory, disk full, disk corruption. Run some utilities to see if they spot any problems. What does Disk Utility say when your check the S.M.A.R.T. status of your drive? In Disk Utility, select a hard disk in the list of disks and volume. Look at the bottom of the window for the S.M.A.R.T. Status. If the S.M.A.R.T. status for a disk shows "Verified," nothing is wrong with it. If you see "About to Fail" in red letters, you should back up the disk and replace it as soon as possible. Check in the Activity Monitor for disk usage. Are your drives full? If you do send a lot of large attachments, you might want to look at FileChute.
