Your problem is how you have complex HTML set... ----- Ref Entourage HELP Enable or disable complex HTML in incoming messages 1. On the Entourage menu, click Preferences. 2. Click Security under General Preferences. 3. Under HTML options, select or clear the Display complex HTML in messages check box.
