You're seeing that message because you are either quoting, copying or forwarding text that is formatted in Unicode, instead of the simpler ASCII character set. Copy the text out into a plain text editor, such as TextEdit.app or TextWrangler.app, paste it into that application's window, and bring it back into Entourage. That should help clear up the Unicode problem. Do us all a favor. Turn off your HTML email, and send most of your email as plain text.
