I found and installed the 11.3.8 update which, as noted, was reported (by
Microsoft) as being released October 9, 2007. The actual application,
however (at least the English version) shows a create and last modified date
of August 24, 2007, about six weeks earlier. I am not sure what to make of
it, likely not of great significance but others (MVPs?) may know more and
care to comment.
