hello all I¹ve got a client who goes on the road with his G4 laptop, running current incarnation on MS Office. Last week, he went to one of his vendors, as he always does, plugged in to their network with an ethernet cable and WHAM!, immediately lost the ability to open Entourage, Word and Excel. Nothing else seems to be affected. Got an error message whenever he opened Entourage or anything else, say something to can¹t find shared libraries¹.
I was able to have him restart with the shift key down (Safe Boot), open E¹rage, and drag mailboxes to the desktop (inbox.mbox, etc.), and rebuild¹ E¹rage. Anyone know what may have happened?? I don¹t know any other details about the office network. Thanks, big time, in advance. mark
