This doesn't sound too promising:
- - - - - From: Think Secret - Office 2008 Sneak Peak: Entourage Location: http://thinksecret.com/news/0711entourage2008.html - - - - - Entourage 2008 Microsoft's stranglehold on business means that companies with Windows systems or that do business with other PC-centric firms will have a difficult time abandoning Office, if only for the ease of document collaboration. Perhaps it makes sense, then, that Microsoft has to date spent the bulk of its Office 2008 Preview devoted to Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with little focus given to the Mac-only Entourage. Or, coming at it from a different angle, one could say it makes sense because so little has changed in Entourage, at least as of the beta Think Secret used. Entourage has a more polished, Leopard-friendly interface, but underneath that luster it's virtually identical to the version that shipped in Office 2004. The Email, Address Book, Notes, and Tasks portions have seen virtually no change. Even the application's preferences are largely untouched, while the Project Manager remains a poor man's Microsoft Project and of marginal use for any projects that require heavy collaboration. -- Thanks - RevDave Cool @ hosting4days . com [db-lists] -- To unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> archives: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.letterrip.com/> old-archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.boingo.com/>
