I've seen no responses to the following inquiry about message icons with a
blue circle and an "I" in the center. Has anyone else using Entourage with
an Exchange server encountered this icon? And does anyone know what it
means or where there is a complete list of Entourage 2004 message icons?

Joshua:

I recently moved to an Exchange server and I am seeing this new icon as
well. In my case, the same messages appear with a different icon if you
check the mail account from a browser using Office Outlook Web Access or
from Outlook on a Windows machine. There the icon appears as a circle with
wavy postmark lines and a semicircular red arrow pointing to the left inside
the circle.

In my case all the messages with these icons are notifications of
undeliverable mail. Perhaps the blue "I" icon indicates it is an
informational message from the server.

In my case, these messages appear in my Inbox in Outlook (or when using the
web interface of Outlook Web Access) but they do not initially appear in the
Inbox in Entourage. The only way I have been able to get them to appear in
the Inbox in Entourage is to use Outlook (or Outlook Web Access), to move
the message to another folder and then move it back to the Inbox.

Anyone know what the icon is supposed to mean and why the messages do not
initially show up in Entourage? And is there any source that displays all
the messages icons used by Entourage 2004?
