Hello,

Anyone have any experience with "Removing License Info Only" simply not
working?

(Someone else) inadvertently installed the same license key on two laptops
on the same network. Launched Remove Office on the newer installation with
Option key held down, clicked the "Remove License Info Only" button. Get a
dialog that in order to do this, certain files need to be deleted. Click OK.
Computer works for a couple minutes, then returns me to the previous screen
with no apparent success. Try again, same thing. (Remove Office Log file is
created, but contains only asterisks.) Quit the program, launch an Office
component, and the licensing is still in place. This is with the Office
Daemon and all other components inactive.

What am I missing?

This is Office 2004 on a brand-new MacBook Pro running 10.4.x with all the
Mac OS and Office 2004 updates. My next step will be to try removing the
license on the /other/ computer, but I won't have access to it until
tomorrow.
