I am struggling just a bit with an outgoing mail rule.

My wife and I run a foundation. I redirect copies of all incoming and
outgoing emails to her (she has a separate email account). These two steps
work fine.

The problem is this ...

After the redirected message is created it moves to the outbox and after
sending moves to my sent mail box where I now have two copies of each
message - the original I received or sent and a the redirected copy to my
wife. I want to have the redirected copy moved to the trash.

An outgoing mail rule for "any to recipient" equals the special address I
redirect to does not work because the "to" address is not really her, its
either me or the person I sent the message to. Is there a criteria that I
can use to catch these outgoing redirect messages and send them to the
trash?

I should note that I use several accounts in Entourage and only one account
is to be affected by these rules. I use a special email address to forward
to my wife that is not her primary email address (I run a mail server so
this is easy to set up). Running OS 10.4 Tiger and Entourage 2004 on
MacBook Pro.

Thanks,

Dean
