Hi Roger,

I'm trying to get a definitive answer on this.  So far I've gotten one
educated guess:  "I wouldn't be surprised if the XML Converter has some 2008
prefs to carry over when the user upgrades later on."  I'll let you know if
I find out anything else.

In the meantime, I wouldn't worry about it nor delete the files.
