I may have overstated the situation when I implied that the information is
always lost with every DB rebuild.  Perhaps it is associated with other
settings and account types - I am seeing it on an IMAP account.

I do see this happening a lot (as explained in other recent posts, I have
been doing a lot of DB rebuilds lately).
