It depends on your wants and needs. Many people hate it. Others distrust it
-- you can't hide a tracking beacon in Plain Text email. HTML email fills up
your Entourage database much faster than Plain Text. You don't know if the
HTML you create will look the same as the HTML someone else sees -- their
installed fonts or their own email app's HTML handling abilities. If your
HTML mail is broken on the receiver's end, they may not be able to read it
at all. Some people filter HTML mail to the Junk or Trash. AOL mungles a lot
of HTML mail. There are still email groups out there that reject messages
sent in HTML. Etc.

Maybe I'm just behind the times, but with a 9GB Entourage database, I don't
want it filling up faster than necessary -- and I've yet to see a
non-marketing HTML email that was at all necessary!
