I have client who randomly loses messages from both <saved> & <sent> files. The saved messages are in a <read> folder and the sent ones in the <sent> folder.
System, 10.5.3, Office 2004, 10.3.5 (070413) Entourage 10.3.6 (070618) Macbook 3.1, 2.2 GHz, 1 GB ram. Suggestions?
