My issue is that the process "SynchServer" can be seen running at >90% CPU
usage under Activity Monitor every 10 minutes or so for about 5 minutes. I
am not sure if this is an Apple process or a Windows process. This saps my
battery life on my MBP (my main computer) and makes it run extremely hot. A
google search did not reveal any answers.

Fortunately, I have a successful synching of my Calendars and Address Books
- no duplicate entries and all entries present and accounted for on both
Entourage and iCall and Address Book, so I don't want to mess things up.
Aside from the runaway "SynchServer" process, everything seems to be working
fine (fingers crossed) and my calendars and Address Books are fine.

I use Entourage 2008 12.1.1 and synch it with my iCal and Address Book on my
MBP. Under Preferences in Entourage, I have checked "Synch Services" and
checked synching for iCal, Address Book and Notes. Under Address Book
Preferences I have checked (Synchronize using MobileMe and Synchronize with
Exchange. Under iCal Prefences I have checked Synch with MobileMe. I also
have general MobileMe set up to and it is working to synch my Address Book
and iCal on my iPhone, MBP and iMac.

Any idea why SynchServer is a repeated runaway? I am running 10.5.4 on the
computers and iPhone 3G 2.0. Entourage is 12.1.1.
