After years of satisfactory invitation exchanges, the last two appointment invitations sent me by an Outlook user have arrived with the date/time detail inaccessible and the Accept/Decline/Tentative buttons grayed-out. Entourage can "see" only the message header containing From, Date, To and Subject. Does this phenomenon point to a configuration issue in Entourage that I can address, or is it an Outlook configuration matter that the Sender can rectify?
