Entourage does not recognize these files. If you friend could get to a PC
that works and move them into an IMAP, they could set up the IMAP account in
Entourage to access.

Are these archived copies of MSN messages? I have never used MSN, but can
your friend access the MSN account via a web browser and import back into
MSN? Entourage should then be able to access when they create an MSN
account.
