What is the best way to set up rules to handle incoming messages that have
specific keywords in the subject line?

My main email address has been on the web for 10 years, is listed in books,
and is on every spam list in creation. So what I do is have Entourage set to
EXCLUSIVE, only email from people already in my address book can get
through. And on my web site, it says to put a keyword in the subject header,
such as meditation or yoga.

Then I have a bunch of rules that I set up YEARS ago to grab these messages
from people who are not in my address book, but who use the proper keyword.
This mostly works well, but occasionally, every week or so I find one that
was mistakenly put in the junk mail folder.

Is there a better way to do this? Is the MLM better?
And with rules, should I have a separate rule for each keyword, or include
two or three in the same rule?

Thanks.

Lorin
