Though I've been on Entourage 2008 for what seems like a long time, I
believe I remember opening two main windows setting one to the "source"
month and one to the "destination" month, and dragging from source to
destination.

Of course, the windows will need to be sized and positioned to make this
possible -- clumsy, but doable.
