The part of the script that designates the "owner" of the address book (me or my) is a big help. One remaining problem for me is how differently Entourage and iCal handle different Categories (basically, iCal requires the use of multiple calendars, and I've not seen any way to synchronize my multiple Entourage calendar categories into iCal except using Sync Services and one "Entourage" calendar in iCal, which doesn't parse the category information in any way. One respondent who endorsed the notion of staying with Entourage and using an Exchange Server asked why I hadn't tried it yet.
