Greetings, The tree ended up being 99.6 m tall - almost exactly the same height as the tallest Doug fir. The Doug fir, however, has its top 30 feet dead. The tallest leaf known for a Doug fir is just under 97 m - yet this Eucalypt has several branches, tops, whatever, above 99 m! Amazing.
