Tentatively Feb 21-23, 2009. 1. Will Blozan: no obligations at this time so I am open 2. Steve Sillett: he is open at this time 3. James Parton: just need enough time to reserve the days off 4. BVP: tightening up around then so let's get a date. 5. Don Bragg: (February 21-23) is good with my schedule (so far) 6. Bob Leverett: Open, Feb 21-23 is fine for me. 7. Larry Tucei: just let me know what date We have yet to here from Lee Frelich among the officers who might participate. I want to see if Jess Riddle can come down, and I hope a whole bunch of others can attend also. Sounds like a great trip (We need to check with Marcus also.) At this point I would recommend just setting the date to February 21-23, with the possibility of some pre and post weekend trips. This would allow everyone to pencil in the dates before their schedule is filled. That is the only threat to the proposed time. NOW is the time to set the official date, What do you say Will?
