That is a nice link.  I added it to the ENTS species page.  Winter Trees and 
Shrubs:   http://www.portraitoftheearth.com/trees/specieslist.html  I am not 
the best at identifying species in the winter.  I wonder about the Northern 
Catalpa.  Most sources I have read seem to indicate that the southern 
catalpa is the one that is more widely planted.
