Hi,

Hi everyone,

I'am José L. Otero from Puerto Rico, Counselor & Attorney at Law, BSA
Adult volunteer, member of the Sierra Club and a leathework artisian.

I'am buying 134 acres of land in the middle of Puerto Rico, which i
will do if negotiations go around the clock. Half of the property
will be reserved for planting trees, as breathing air areas and
nesting grounds for birds.

The other half of the property will be to cultivate cutting flowers as
helicorns, orquits, ginggers, etc. Cultivation of tomatos, lettuce,
other vegetables and fruits. Plans are to build around 10 cabins for
eco-turism.

Lots of rain in the area. Are any one familiar with the "Utuado, PR"
area? Any suggestions as groups of trees to grow, species, etc.?

Is there any one in the group from Puerto Rico or that would like to
come to PR?

Hope this will be a long term friendship with lots of you!
Sincerely,
"Guajataka"
JL Otero
