Barry,

I was told of a huge Dogwood in Brevard NC a while back. I need to get
out there and try to find it. Dogwood is one tree I have not measured
much.

Another generally small tree that needs more measuring work done is
Hawthorn. The only trouble with hawthorns is identifying the
individual species which are numerous and to complicate matters they
naturally hybridize.
