Don, That's logical, of course! It's entirely possible that they did this as an experiment. It's just in such a conspicuous location right at the entrance among some big old oaks, tulips and sweet gums. I'm trying to post pix. (Geez, I'm from Maine originally and it didn't even occur to me about the taps....pretty pathetic....)
