Will, Nothing is in bloom here yet. (western PA) I was looking at the last patches of snow along the river road today thinking when the Clarion River flooded last week it must not have gotten that high. The leaves are not out yet. Only a few trees have even a touch of red as a precursor to budding out. Certainly no dogwood yet.
