I finally got my laser and clinometer. As soon as I got it I had to
try it out. I measured a loblolly pine near my house. The raw
measurements are:
Angle 1: 28.2
Distance 1: 50.5 yards
Angle 2: 5.0
Distance 2: 45.0 yards
For a total of 27.8 yards or 83.4 feet.
