Steve; You're right on photo's three and four...They are of the Loblolly Bay, Gordonia lasianthus, an evergreen tree that is covered with white magnolia like flowers in June. It is related to the "Lost Gordonia" now known as the Franklinia Alatamaha. It used to be in the genus Gordonia, but was reclassified to the new genus Franklinia a while back. While it is deciduous and the Loblolly Bay evergreen, the flowers are very similar and even the leaves look similar.
