Barry, I am having the same problem with Steve Springer's email as well. The pop-up occurs with the reply email you sent as well as the original message from Steve.
If you look at the properties his email server is adding some weird additional code to the header that is creating that pop-up. Steve, please look at your email settings and figure out why it is doing this. There should be some way to shut this action off. Your previous emails did not do this.
