Did you know there is an option to just get one email a day which lists the posts? That way you can scroll through for what you want to read, your mailbox won't fill up, and you won't have to delete anything.?Just go to the "edit my membership" option on the right side of the page.? Or you might ask Ed to forward you links to the types of discussions you are interested in.? If you decide to leave the group, at least it's because there are too many discussions instead of not enough!
