ENTS, I posted a video of the ice-break-up on the Clarion River, adjacent to Cook Forest State park, PA that took place last February 9-11, 2009 that was shot by Dale Luthringer. I want to apologize to Dale for taking this long to edit the video. It was set off to the side, and I simply forgot about it.
The video was shot with a regular digital still camera in the video mode that most have built into them in a 320 x 240 format. Anyone with a digital camera like this should be able to shoot these types of short video clips. It was edited using Windows Movie Maker that comes with the Windows Operating System and I used Windows Movie Maker to add the titles and fade transitions. Nothing fancy, nothing to buy.
