ENTS,
Here are two views of our back woods- one taken with Fall Foliage (1986), and 
one in the winter with snow (1989). The first view was taken a year and a half 
after we moved here. The edge of the woods, if I had to guess, is about 350 
feet from the house.
 
The view today would be very similar, but for the fact that it's been spoiled 
by all the junk owned by the guy that keeps his office trailer back there (see 
a long post from a while back about that). Besides that there is a wild cherry 
in the yard that grew up since these pictures were taken, which would block the 
view anyway.
These views were taken from the balcony off one of the second floor bedrooms.
