Barry,

You are right.  It is Delaware that is free online.  I think NJ was
last published in 1997 or so.  I don't know how active the programis.
I nominated a Swamp Magnolia a few years ago, but never heard
anything.  It was an old growth specimen from Bear Swamp near
Millville.
