Bark characteristics of your imaged tree is consistent with old Douglas Firs, 
although I'm used to seeing them larger.  Sometimes they look like their 
spattered with cream or the 'crema' from a well-brewed coffee.

An image of the branchlets also helps...typically they hang almost like your 
hands do when at your side.
