I find all these negative comments rather amusing, since at the time I was 
watching it, I was enjoying it. I didn't find it boring, and had no problem 
with the cinematography. Nothing negative even came to mind when I was watching 
it. Of course, each to his own, naturally.

I agree that the show was boring.  I have heard all the quotes used a 
hundred times--some new material would be nice.

Although Ken Burns pictures are pretty, he only (or almost only) sees in 
the vertical dimensions, it would be nice to have some cinematography 
that shows horizontal patterns on the landscape as well.
