Don, Eventually they might potentially look all the same color and I , might not be able to differentiate the individual colonies, but at the present there are distinct differences in the color. and I can tell them apart.. These trees generally tend to not follow a color progression over time but are green- then one particular color, then they turn brown and drop off.
